The work

I have worked from the code level through to product, technology, organisational design, and commercial strategy. That range shapes how I approach problems: software is important, but it is never separate from the system of people, decisions, incentives, and operations around it.

My practical focus today is commercial growth, AI, systems, strategy, and leadership. I am most useful when a business needs to connect ambition with a credible way to build and operate.

How I think

I prefer evidence to theatre, clear ownership to busy governance, and systems that make important decisions easier to inspect. I also believe leadership is partly an act of translation: between customer reality and product choices, commercial intent and architecture, immediate delivery and long-term capability.
